Milestones and a Storm

Last week Erin woke up early to finish her first

Big Girl book (149 pages) before school.

She was very pleased with herself and we are proud of her.

We hope she will be a lifelong reader.

Here is a sample of her latest vocabulary homework.

This is the backside on which she doubled numbers up to 136.

Later that week, on a Friday nite, she could not help herself and doubled all the way to 1280.
