Daisy Scout, Quilting, and a Naked Baby

Erin is a Daisy Scout this year, (girl scouts for Kindergartners), and she loves it.

I desperately want to try my hand at quilting, though I don't have the time, knowledge, or the right machine.

Here is a look at my first attempt at piece work and applique.

Looks like I sewed the bottom while with my friend Jim...Jim Beam!
